The Club

The Club is offered in three tiers: Daily at $15.95 per month (4 credits), Signature at $19.95 per month (6 credits), Reserved at $24.95 per month (8 credits). Your chosen tier renews automatically each month using the payment method provided, unless cancelled by the member.

Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated. Once a monthly payment has been processed, no full or partial refund will be issued for that billing period.

Members receive their tier's handcrafted beverage credits at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle — four credits on Daily, six on Signature, and eight on Reserved.

Each credit may be redeemed for one 16 oz handcrafted beverage with any one flavor syrup and standard dairy milk; or one drip coffee of any size; or one hot or iced tea of any size.

Unused credits expire at the end of the current billing cycle and do not roll over into future months.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed by the active member.

The following are available at the standard menu upcharge: an upgrade to a 20 oz handcrafted beverage, alternative milks, cold foam, additional flavor syrups, extra espresso shots, extra matcha, and specialty toppings or seasonal add-ons.

All active members receive one complimentary drink during their birthday month. Signature and Reserved members receive 20% off all food purchases. Reserved members also receive 10% off merchandise.

Members have access to exclusive offers, promotions, seasonal offerings, and other perks throughout the year.

Membership benefits are intended solely for the registered member.

Your phone number serves as your primary membership identifier when redeeming benefits.

Bethlehem Coffee Company reserves the right to request identification to verify membership ownership if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Bethlehem Coffee Company reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or program terms with reasonable notice as The Club continues to grow. Where a change affects what you pay or materially reduces what you receive, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and you may cancel before it takes effect.

This agreement covers your membership. Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy cover the rest — the website, ordering ahead, payments, refunds, text messages, and what we do with your information. All three apply to your membership together, and where this page and the Terms & Conditions differ about membership specifically, this page governs.
