Bethlehem Coffee Company has not opened yet. This site is here to tell you about it — there is nothing to buy here, and no account to make. These terms cover using the site itself. They will be replaced with fuller ones when the shop opens and ordering goes live.

1. Who we are

"We," "us," and "our" mean Bethlehem Coffee Company LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company registered at 2138 Westgate Drive, Apt 201, Bethlehem, PA 18017. The shop will open at 9 W 4th Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015.

By using this site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What this site does, and does not, do

Right now this site is information only. You cannot place an order, join The Club, create an account, or pay for anything, and we do not ask you for any personal details.

The Club membership pages describe a program that is not yet open for enrollment. Nothing on them is an offer you can accept today.

3. Opening details will change

Hours, menu items, prices, and the opening date are our current intentions for a shop that has not opened. All of them may change, and some certainly will. Please treat them as a plan rather than a promise, and check with us before making a journey.

4. Our content

The words, artwork, photography, the seal, the wordmark, and the name Bethlehem Coffee Company belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to look at the site, link to it, and share it. Please do not copy it for another business.

5. Availability and disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change it, move it, or take it down. To the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to and embeds things we do not control, including a map. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts of Northampton County, Pennsylvania. If something is wrong, email Eric@bethlehemcoffeeco.com first — at this stage that is almost certainly enough.

7. Changes

We will update these terms when the shop opens and ordering, memberships, and payment go live. The date at the top will change when they do.
