This policy covers bethlehemcoffeeco.com as it stands today — a page about a coffee shop that has not opened yet. Bethlehem Coffee Company LLC is responsible for it.

When the shop opens and ordering, memberships, and payment go live, this will be replaced by a fuller policy covering all of it. We will change the date at the top when that happens.

Nothing. There is no sign-up, no contact form, no newsletter box, and no ordering. We do not know who you are, and we have not asked.

If you choose to email us, we will of course have whatever you sent — your message and your email address — and we will keep it for as long as it takes to answer you and a reasonable while after.

Our host, Vercel, keeps the ordinary records any web server keeps: the IP address a request came from, the browser and device type, which page was opened, and when. We use these to keep the site up and to see roughly how many people are looking at it. They are kept about 90 days.

An IP address gives a rough sense of what city a visit came from. We cannot see your precise location and we do not ask for it.

We do not set any cookies. We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics product, and there is no advertising pixel from Meta, Google, TikTok, or anyone else on this site.

That is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight. If it ever changes, this page changes first.

Every part of this site is served by us. The map of the block is drawn by us rather than embedded from a mapping company, and our typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font network. Looking at this page tells nobody but us and our host that you were here.

The one exception is your choice: if you tap through for directions, that opens Google Maps, and Google's privacy policy applies from that point on.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we have nothing to sell or share in any case. Beyond our host, nobody receives anything.

We would disclose information if the law required it, and we will say so here if the business is ever sold.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email Eric@bethlehemcoffeeco.com and we will answer within the time the law allows, normally 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

In practice, unless you have emailed or called us, the honest answer will be that we hold nothing about you at all.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
